DR MICHAEL NDUKAIHE IHEKWABA

Dr. Michael Ndukaihe Ihekwaba (Miller) was born into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Miller Williams Ihekwaba from Amiyi-Obilohia, Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria. He is an accomplished Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) professional, with extensive expertise in Occupational Health and Safety in Process plants (Oil & gas), Site Traffic Management Systems (STMS) and intelligent transportation infrastructure.

Dr. Ihekwaba currently serves as an HSSE Technical Assistant with a reputable international organization dealing with Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) in the State of Qatar, where he oversees health, safety, security and environmental compliance in process plant involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) and other critical infrastructure and process for getting LNG as end product.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Agricultural Engineering (Farm Power and Machinery Engineering option) from the prestigious Federal University of Technology Owerri, obtained during the 2007/2008 academic session. In further advancement of his professional career, he has earned several international professional certifications and is an active member of multiple professional bodies that guide and strengthen his practice in health, safety, and environmental management.

Dr. Ihekwaba began his professional career with the Nigerian Breweries Plc, operating under the umbrella of the Heineken, where he served as a Brand Developer across Nigeria from 2008 to 2012. This role provided him with significant exposure across different regions of the country and enabled him to communicate in and understand several Nigerian languages.

Driven by the pursuit of broader opportunities, he relocated to Qatar in 2012, where he has since built a remarkable career in HSSE and traffic systems management. Over the years, he has contributed to several landmark national projects, including stadium infrastructure, Highway Automated Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), the Doha Metro Gold Line, major highway construction, and the installation and maintenance of intelligent traffic systems supporting Qatar’s smart mobility vision.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Ihekwaba has demonstrated strong commitment to community leadership, volunteerism, and faith-based service both in Nigeria and Qatar. He previously served two successful terms as General Secretary of the Nigerians in Diaspora Organization in Qatar, after which he was elected President, reflecting the confidence and trust reposed in his leadership by the Nigerian community.

In recognition of his contributions to community development and leadership, he has been honored with an Honorary Doctorate Award in Ethical and Strategic Leadership. He also serves as a Community Adviser to the Qatar Ministry of Labour, providing guidance on community engagement and welfare matters affecting expatriate communities.

Dr. Ihekwaba has also been actively involved in global sporting events through volunteer service. He served as a Team Lead in the volunteer program of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy during preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, contributing to the successful delivery of the historic tournament.

A dedicated family man, Dr. Michael Ndukaihe Ihekwaba (Miller) is happily married to Mrs. Joy Udochi Ihekwaba, and their union is blessed with two sons: Destiny Ibe Ihekwaba and Michael ChukwuEbuka Ihekwaba.

Mrs. IHIECHUKWUKWU KATE OSAGIE was elected as the Assistant General Secretary of the Organisation. She has previously served in the community in the capacity of a Welfare officer.

Mrs. Ihechukwukwu Kate Osagie hails from Delta State.  She was born and raised in Edo State she obtained her education. She speaks English, Edo, and Igbo language fluently and also understand other languages because she is a fast Lerner.

She is a trained journalist and a professional teacher, youth advocate, trainer, special needs specialist and occupational therapist. With nearly 18 years’ experience in both business and cooperate world.

Mrs. Kate experience will help the community in Qatar in ways that will profit the organization and her members throughout the nation of Qatar, she will worked in the Nigeria community when it comes to outreach and advocacy projects among others in line with the organization set targets and goals.

Mrs. IHIECHUKWUKWU KATE OSAGIE is a team player, lover of peace with a mindset of nation first approach who has demonstrated ability and reliability that can be highly trusted, communicates constructively, listens actively, functions as an active participant when it comes to nation building, she is open minded and always willing to learn and explore new opportunities.  She shares openly and willingly works as a problem solver and shows commitment to the team.

Mr. JOHNSON OBINNA NWALA was elected as the public relations officer (PRO) of the Organisation.

Mr. Johnson Obinna Nwala hails from Imo State. He was born and raised in Imo State where he obtained his education.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Physics and a diploma in computer Engineering and database management.

He is a seasoned health and safety professional with over 15 years of working experience.

Johnson is bringing years of experience in ICT and social media to contribute to the growth of the organization.

MR EMMANUEL ELOCHUKWU IGBOKWE

Emmanuel Elochukwu Igbokwe hails from Ifitedunu in the Dunukofia Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. He is a proud graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, where he earned his degree in Estate Management.

Emmanuel is a multifaceted individual, combining his professional career with a passion for writing. He is the author of the book “Adaku and Moon Secret,” showcasing his talent for storytelling and his ability to engage readers with captivating narratives. His writing reflects a deep understanding of cultural heritage and human emotions, earning him recognition in literary circles.

Currently, Emmanuel resides in Doha, Qatar, where he works as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Personnel. In this role, he is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of his colleagues, applying his expertise to maintain a secure and compliant working environment. Emmanuel’s dedication to his profession and his literary pursuits highlight his diverse skills and his unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in both fields.

Mrs. Lawrencia Udosen is a dynamic entrepreneur, dedicated mother, and visionary leader in the food and hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Aquaculture, which laid the foundation for her understanding of food systems and sustainability, and an MBA in Marketing and Management, equipping her with strong business and leadership expertise.

As the CEO of Koko’s Kitchen and Treats Catering, Mrs. Udosen has built a reputable brand known for delivering high-quality, flavorful meals and exceptional catering services. Her business reflects her passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and customer satisfaction, offering a diverse menu that caters to both local and international tastes.

Married and blessed with four children, she skillfully balances her family life with her entrepreneurial pursuits. Mr Ransome Kelechi Dick originates from Imo State and was both born and raised there, completed his education in the same state.

Currently, Mr. Ransome Kelechi Dick is working with one of the grade-A Road and Infrastructure organizations in Qatar, in the capacity of Senior Occupational Safety, Security, and Environmental practitioner With over 13 years of professional experience.

Mr. Ransome Kelechi Dick is a distinguished member of various esteemed organizations, including the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, and a chartered Occupational Health and Safety.

Additionally, he currently serves as the Treasurer of the Sunrise Brothers Social Club and holds the position of Operation Manager at DNR Fashion World.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Ransome Kelechi Dick is a devoted family man, married and blessed with a beautiful baby Girl. He is a firm believer in God, which guides his principles and actions.

I am a multifaceted professional and community advocate based in Qatar. I was born and raised in Benin City, Edo State, from Oredo Local Government Area. A proud alumni of Federal Government Girls College (FGGC), Benin City with a primary certificate from the prestigious World of Faith Primary School.
An imperial graduate of Medical Laboratory Science from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. I seamlessly transitioned into education here in Qatar, holding several diplomas in Education and currently pursuing a higher degree in education while also working as a dedicated educator within the Qatari school system.
I am driven by a profound spirit of empathy, that is why I’m currently serving as the Female Welfare Officer for NIDO, where I campaign for the well being and support for the Nigerians diaspora (Qatar). Beyond my professional role, I facilitate Gh Concept, as certified baker, and a passionate photography enthusiast.

MRS TOLU OLAJIDE

Mrs. Tolu Olajide is a Nigerian entrepreneur whose passion for business was instilled early on by her mother, Mrs. Patience Oladunmoye. With over three decades of managerial experience, she has played a pivotal role in transforming businesses across various industries.

Since moving to Qatar in 2010, Tolu has held key managerial positions, working closely with private business owners to drive growth and operational excellence. She successfully revamped a nursery school, helped establish and manage both a local and international law firm, and led the setup of a translation company before founding Oak Marketing & Brand Management (Qatar) in March 2021 and Oak Marketing and Advertising Agency (USA) in September 2025.

Tolu holds an MBA and an M.Sc. in Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford, UK. Her curiosity and drive for innovation have fueled her expertise in digital marketing, where she has earned industry-recognized certifications and built a high-performing team. An early adopter of technology, she integrated AI into her business long before it became mainstream, positioning Oak Marketing as a leader in the field.

As a Meta Developer, Tolu has achieved prestigious recognition, with her company being one of the few marketing agencies in the GCC officially recognized by Meta. She is deeply committed to helping businesses thrive through strategic marketing and brand management.

MR. MARTINS IFEANYI OBASI

Following his graduation from the University of Jos, Nigeria, Martins began his professional career with the NNPC/PPMC Jos Depot as a maintenance trainee in Jos before relocating to Union Assurance Ltd. (Union Bank PLC) area 3 Garki Abuja as a sales representative.

Afterwards, Martins relocated to Qatar, where he worked for Schlumberger Overseas S.A (SLB) and worked his way up the ranks to his current position as a Regulatory Compliance Expert. He has had a variety of positions in Qatar with various organisations.

As the head of the Catholic Church’s charitable organisation in Qatar, Martins has worked with a wide range of nationalities and groups to improve the lives of people. He has assisted many Nigerians who come to Qatar in search of a better life by helping them get settled.

He loves to go on vacation and spending time with his family.
